Carrier Requirements

• Active authority for at least one year
• $1,000,000 in general liability insurance
• $1,000,000 in auto liability insurance
• $100,000 in cargo insurance
• Reefer Breakdown on insurance certificate (if applicable)
• A signed carrier agreement
